Rock wool boards are roughly divided into hydrophobic rock wool boards, steel structure specific rock wool boards, and high-temperature resistant rock wool boards.
1, Hydrophobic rock wool board
The production process of hydrophobic rock wool board is special, and adhesive is added during production, so it has strong fire resistance. Large scale pendulum equipment is used to distribute rock wool and adhesive cotton in a three-dimensional state, evenly distributed on the tracks. Then, the pre laid rock wool is transported by the tracks to the pressure equipment, forming a rock wool board with a certain density. After passing through a high-temperature drying furnace, the high-efficiency adhesive sprayed into the rock wool is effectively used to bond the rock wool into a whole. After the rock wool board is dried at high temperature, it is sent to the paper cooling outlet for cooling.
2, Steel structure specific rock wool board
Because its fire resistance is widely used in the expansion, construction, and renovation of building projects, its sound insulation needs to be improved. It is mainly made of selected high-quality basalt as the main raw material, melted after a day, and processed using the internationally advanced four roll centrifugal cotton making process.
3, High temperature resistant rock wool board
Compared to the specialized rock wool board for steel structures, the sound insulation effect of high-temperature resistant rock wool board has been improved. After blowing the slag with high wind and overlapping it in parallel to achieve the packaging thickness, the rock wool board is packaged as a whole by a fully automatic heat shrink packaging machine, and then shrunk by a heat shrink furnace. After cooling, it is transported by a finished product transport vehicle to the finished product inventory for storage.
