2. Product Description
Low thermal conductivity refractory bricks are clay based products produced using high-quality clay and low thermal conductivity refractory raw materials. They have low iron oxide content, high density, low porosity, especially low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance, and alkali resistance, reducing kiln load and effectively achieving energy-saving effects. This product is an energy-saving refractory brick developed to meet the requirements of users and meet the usage effects of kilns. It is mainly used in the safety belts and preheating decomposition belts of cement kilns, as well as the permanent layer parts of other industrial kilns. The use temperature is not higher than 1300 ℃, replacing high alumina bricks with alumina content not exceeding 60%, and reducing the cost of the kiln.
3. Main features of the product
1) The content of iron oxide is lower than that of ordinary clay refractory bricks, generally not exceeding 1.6%
2) The porosity is relatively low, generally not more than 16%, and the density is good
3) The thermal shock stability performance is better than that of ordinary clay refractory bricks, generally greater than 16 times
4) The thermal conductivity coefficient is relatively low, generally not greater than 1.3w/m.k, effectively achieving cooling and energy conservation
4. Product Usage
Mainly used in safety belts for cement rotary kilns, preheating and decomposition belts, and safety layers for other industrial kilns.
