Low thermal conductivity magnesia aluminum produced stone brick is a new product developed in recent years. It is a composite structure refractory brick composed of a working layer and an insulation layer. It is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly refractory brick, which has good wear resistance and thermal insulation and energy-saving effects. The product is produced using high-quality sintered magnesia, synthetic lightweight magnesium olivine, synthetic aluminum magnesium spinel, and other main raw materials, mainly used in the transition zone of cement rotary kilns.
During long-term use, the product has demonstrated good performance, superior resistance to chemical erosion, superior thermal shock stability, superior wear resistance, and low thermal conductivity, achieving effective energy-saving effects. It reduces the mechanical stress on the kiln body load, improves the service life of the kiln, and extends its service life.
3. Main features of the product
1> High purity, with a magnesium oxide content of over 85% in the working layer.
2> High temperature resistance, with a working layer load transfer of over 1700 ℃.
3> Good thermal shock stability, 950 ℃ air cooling, up to 100 times or more.
4> The low thermal conductivity has the effect of effectively saving energy, fuel, and reducing the temperature of the kiln shell.
5) The working layer has good wear resistance.
4. Main uses of the product
The transition zone of cement rotary kiln, alkali resistant erosion parts of lime kiln and other industrial kilns.
