1.Technical parameters of alumina ceramic filler balls

2. Product Description

The main raw material for alumina ceramic filler balls is high-purity aluminum oxide powder. During the production process, a certain amount of additives and binders need to be added. After screening, drying and other pre-treatment, guarantee the particle size is uniform and the moisture content is moderate. Adopting rolling forming and isostatic pressing, the formed balls are dried at a temperature of 100-150 ℃, and finally sintered at a firing temperature of 1500-1700 ℃

Aluminum oxide ceramic filler balls are divided into three models: TYPE92, TYPE95, and TYPE99 based on different aluminum oxide content, which are suitable for different customer requirements. The product has high purity, few impurities, high density, high hardness, good wear resistance, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and has been widely used in petrochemical plants, chemical fiber plants, ethylene plants, cracking equipment, catalytic equipment, etc. Its function is to increase the distribution points of gas and liquid, support and protect active catalysts with low strength

4. Main features of the product

1) High purity, low impurities, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.2%

2) High density, high hardness, strong wear resistance, Mohs hardness ≥ 9

3) Strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, except for hydrofluoric acid, resistant to various organic and inorganic acids corrosion

4) Good thermal shock stability, reduced from 1200 ℃ to 600 ℃, no cracks found after 10 cycles

5) Good volume stability, 1400 ℃ * 12h, shrinkage rate ≤ 0.2%

5. Product application

The product is widely used in cracking devices, catalytic devices, and other catalytic equipment in petrochemical and ethylene plants. Its function is to increase the distribution points of gases and liquids, support and protect catalysts
