Polycrystalline aluminum oxide board is a fire-resistant heat insulation board produced by polycrystalline alumina fiber wool, inorganic refractory aggregate, special additives and special processes. Its main crystal phase is corundum phase and a small amount of mullite phase, with strong rigidity, high strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability and thermal reflection. Under high temperature conditions, it has good flexibility, thermal shock resistance, mechanical performance, chemical stability and corrosion resistance. The product can be used in high-temperature kilns above 1600℃ for a long time. It directly contacts the flame and is used as the lining material. It is light in weight and can significantly improve the thermal efficiency of the kiln and save energy consumption. The product has uniform fiber diameter, high tensile strength, low slag ball content, and superior service effect and service life to other quality insulation board products.
