Ceramic fiber blanket is a flexible refractory insulation material manufactured from high-purity alumina-silicate ceramic fibers through high-temperature melting, spinning or blowing, and needling processes-2-11. The product features a white, uniform appearance with precise dimensions, integrating fire resistance, thermal insulation, and heat preservation in one material, and contains no organic binders-1-28. It is available in various temperature grades including standard (1050℃), high-purity (1260℃), high-alumina, and zirconia-containing (1430℃) types--11

Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: Service temperature ranges from 950℃ to 1400℃, with zirconia-grade products reaching up to 1430℃-1-2. Maintains good tensile strength, toughness, and fiber structure even after prolonged exposure to high temperatures-1.
Low Thermal Conductivity & Low Heat Storage: Thermal conductivity as low as 0.045–0.060 W/(m·k) (avg. 200℃)--1, providing outstanding insulation performance and effectively reducing heat loss-11.
Excellent Chemical Stability & Thermal Shock Resistance: Resistant to chemical attack and thermal shock-2-. Unaffected by most chemicals except hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalies-.
Lightweight & High Strength: Bulk density of only 96–128kg/m³-2-, combined with good tensile strength and flexibility--6.
Sound Absorption: Offers excellent sound absorption and noise reduction properties--1, meeting both thermal and acoustic insulation requirements.
Easy Installation: Asbestos-free, with long fibers, low slag content, and good elasticity, making it easy to cut, shape, and wrap during installation-6.
