Ceramic fiber board is a high-strength rigid insulation panel manufactured from high-purity alumina-silicate fibers with a small amount of binder, using wet vacuum forming or dry pressing processes. The product features a smooth surface, precise dimensions, and is asbestos-free. It is available in various temperature grades including standard (1050℃), high-purity (1260℃), high-alumina (1400℃), and zirconia-containing (1430℃) types to meet different application requirements.

Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: Long-term service temperature ranges from 1050℃ to 1430℃, maintaining structural stability without fiber degradation.
Extremely Low Thermal Conductivity: Thermal conductivity as low as 0.035–0.045 W/(m·K) (avg. 200℃), providing outstanding insulation performance and significantly reducing energy consumption.
High Strength & Thermal Shock Resistance: Uniform density with high flexural strength, combined with excellent thermal shock resistance to withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking.
Low Heat Storage & Lightweight: Density approximately 250–350kg/m³ with low heat storage capacity, allowing rapid heating and cooling cycles for improved efficiency.
Excellent Chemical Stability: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (except hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalies) and non-corrosive to metal substrates.
Easy Machining: Can be sawed, drilled, planed, and cut; easy to install using steel nails or adhesives.
Safe & Environmentally Friendly: Asbestos-free, no toxic gas emission at high temperatures, with Class A fire rating.
Main Applications:
Ceramic fiber board is widely used as wall linings and back-up insulation for industrial kilns, furnaces, and heat treatment equipment in steel, non-ferrous metals, glass, ceramics, petrochemical, and power industries; thermal insulation for high-temperature pipelines, flues, and ducts; furnace door seals and observation port gaskets; linings for high-temperature reactors and catalytic cracking units; fireproof layers for building fire doors and fire barriers; and as an ideal material for fabricating high-temperature gaskets, casting riser sleeves, and other custom-shaped components. Standard sizes are available with support for custom dimensions.
