2. Product description

Sintered magnesia-aluminum spinel raw materials are divided into 5 quality levels, namely HMAS-90, HMAS-76, HMAS-66, HMAS-50, and NCAS70-30. Among them, HMAS-90, HMAS-76, HMAS-66, and HMAS-50 are alumina-grade spinel materials, which are produced using industrial alumina and high-purity light-burned magnesia powder as the main raw materials. MAS70-30 is alumina-grade spinel materials. Spinel material, the main raw materials are special grade bauxite and high purity light burned magnesium powder. The production process of the 5 types of products is ingredients-mixing-shaping-sintering in high-temperature rotary kiln-testing-crushing into various particle sizes-packaging. This product is a high-grade refractory raw material with low impurity content, low density, low porosity, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, strong slag corrosion resistance, strong oxidation resistance, good erosion and wear resistance, etc. It is an ideal raw material for the production of ladle castables, cement kiln castables, steel drum castables, glass kiln castables and other high-grade castables for industrial furnaces. It is also the main raw material for the production of spinel refractory bricks.

1> Few impurities, high purity, Fe2O3 content of alumina grade spinel material is 0.17-0.40%.

2>High density, the density of alumina grade spinel material is greater than 3.25g/cm³.

3> Low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance,

4> After being made into refractory products, they have good slag corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance.

4.Main applications of products

1) It is an ideal raw material for the production of ladle castables, cement kiln castables, steel drum castables and other high-grade castables for industrial furnaces.
