When dolomite is calcined at 1700-1800 ℃, the crystallization of lime powder and periclase reaches a large value, and the volume is stable, with anti hydration ability and a volume density of 3.0-3.4g/cm3. This is called re calcined dolomite, which has a brown color.
Using calcined dolomite to prepare various magnesium calcium amorphous refractory materials, such as electric furnace bottom ramming materials, intermediate ladle coating materials, steel color spray repair materials, converter spray repair materials, RH furnace spray repair materials, self flow heat repair materials, etc. Among them, the electric furnace bottom ramming material made of iron containing magnesium white stone synthetic sand has a good service life of 1000-1500 times.
