1,Description of Magnesia Carbon Brick:

This product selected high purity fused magnesia sand as material, and molded by high pressure and sintered by high temperature. Consequently, this product has good compactness, and its bulk density is more than 2.9g/cm3.It also has good performance of alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and high-temperature resistance. Widely used for glass furnaces, cement kilns, steel furnaces and non-ferrous metal industry kilns.
With high purity fused, dead-burned magnesite and crystalline graphite by high pressure molding machine production magnesia carbon brick,with low porosity, good compactness, oxidation resistance, slag corrosion resistance, spalling resistance etc. excellent performance, in converter, electric furnace and ladle refining furnace to obtain the very good use . Widely used in converter, electric furnace and ladle refining furnace.

3,Product features: Our magnesia-carbon brick are made of high-purity fused magnesia (Mgo≥96%) and high-grade graphite powder, with the addition of metal aluminum metal and metal silicon as antioxidants as the main raw materials.especially the resin binder, we choose the environment-friendly alcohol-based resin, the baking temperature is raised to 270-300 degrees Celsius.In this way, the product after masonry, drying process, basically ensure that the surrounding environment is not polluted, do not produce harmful odor, so that the human body is not damaged, which is very important and favored by users.

4,The product has high density, low porosity (minimum value can reach 3.4%), high strength (maximum value can reach 55 Mpa), strong slag resistance and low creep at high temperature.

5,Application of Magnesia Carbon Brick: Our products are widely used in ladle slag line area, converter and furnace lining.

6,Packaging: Because the product is easy to be damaged by water absorption, we adopt heat shrinkable film sealed packaging for this purpose.the contact between product and moisture is eliminated, and the product quality is guaranteed to be in good condition during storage and transportation.
