Ceramic fiber blanket is a kind of heat insulation and fire-resistant product, which has smaller bulk density than heat insulation refractory brick, smaller thermal conductivity and better heat insulation and energy-saving effect. It is the most commonly used heat insulation and light-weight fire-resistant product in industrial kilns. The product is environmentally friendly and asbestos free, and the working temperature range is 800-1300 ℃. It is packaged in cartons, which is class 1 qualified product.

1,Knowledge of Thermal Insulation Ceramic Fibre Blanket:

With coke gemstone and bauxite as the main raw materials, after melting at high temperature in electric furnace, then by injection and throwing method, the products become fibers, add binder, after cooling, drying, moulding, and become qualified fibre blanket products.

2,Classification of Thermal Insulation Ceramic Fibre Blanket:

According to the use temperature, it can be divided into three categories:1000℃,1100℃,1260℃according to the density, it can be divided into three categories:100kg/m3, 128kg/m3 and 160kg/m3.
