1400℃ ceramic fiber blanket is made by adding about 17% ZrO2 to the production process of aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blanket, which greatly improves the working temperature of the product. Generally, it can contact the flame at 1350-1400 ℃. The product is non asbestos, non-toxic and tasteless, brand TRR.

Description

1,Knowledge of 1400℃ Ceramic Fibre Blanket:

The calcined coke gemstone and zircon sand are melted in the electric furnace,the flow stock is injected by compressed air or steam blast to form fibers,after slag removal by slag removal equipment, the adhesive is added, and then the product is by press moulding or vacuum suction filtration,after drying, it becomes a finished product.

2,Salient features of 1400℃ Ceramic Fibre Blanket:

1) When more than 15% zirconia is added,the important thing is to increase the service temperature of the product to over 1360℃,which can be used as the working lining of the kiln.

2) The product has high purity and high tensile strength.

3) The high temperature reburning rate of the product is small,that isthe high temperature performance is good.

4) There is no asbestos component in the product.It is non-toxic,tasteless and harmless.It has no harmful effect on human body and environment.

3,The product is white in color and packaged in waterproof plastic bags + cartons, which can be stored for a long time.
