The high-alumina cordierite kiln car bricks manufactured by our company develop cordierite mullite and feldspar mineral phases during the firing process. This significantly enhances the product's thermal shock resistance, improves high-temperature strength, increases kiln car turnover efficiency, and makes it a complete replacement for conventional clay bricks.
The main raw materials used in these bricks include calcined flint clay, synthetic cordierite material, talc powder, and high-quality clay powder. The sintering temperature is approximately 1300 °C, and the bricks exhibit thermal shock resistance of up to 50 cycles (air cooling, 950 °C).
