It is mainly composed of coating materials, spraying coatings and dry ramming materials
As the Tundish Working Lining in direct contact with molten steel, the magnesium amorphous material should have the following properties:
It does not pollute molten steel, and can even purify molten steel. It has strong corrosion resistance and scouring resistance to molten slag and molten steel. It can prolong the continuous casting time as much as possible. It is easy to disassemble after use, convenient and fast to construct, and speed up the turnover of tundish.
It is produced with fused or sintered magnesia as the main raw material and inorganic composite binder, which is fully mixed with scientific ingredients, and is widely used in the cladding wall and bottom.

3,Characteristics of Magnesium Castable for Tundish:
1)In the process of using the product, the main mineral facies is periclase, which effectively resists the erosion of alkaline slag.
2)The products are packed in waterproof plastic woven bags, which are moisture-proof and waterproof during storage.

5,Product construction:
Magnesium dry material in tundish is constructed by vibration forming and heating solidification. The products are made of organic and inorganic composite binders, and the organic binders will decompose at a certain temperature and lose their binding effect,Therefore, the environmental temperature during construction is required to be less than 60℃.The thickness of the product during construction is 50-60 mm at the bottom and 100-120 mm at the impact zone.
