Graphite polystyrene board GEPS is developed and produced on the basis of polystyrene board EPS. The addition of graphite and flame retardant not only improves the fire resistance, but also greatly improves the thermal insulation performance of the product, meeting the requirements of building materials with low energy consumption, low emissions and flame retardancy.Graphite polystyrene board is a product further refined by chemical method from thermal insulation material foamed polystyrene, with thermal conductivity ≤ 0.032w/m k. Its thermal insulation capacity is 30% higher than that of the traditional EPS board, which improves the energy saving effect and reduces the emission of carbon dioxide. Its flame retardancy and fire resistance reach Grade B1. The product has good weather resistance and strong humidity resistance. It is an environmental protection product. It is mainly used in the internal and external wall insulation engineering of buildings, as well as the thermal insulation of vehicles, ships and refrigeration equipment.
The outstanding feature of graphite polystyrene board GEPS is that it contains special graphite particles, which can reflect radiant heat like a mirror, and contains infrared absorbers that can greatly improve the thermal insulation performance, thus reducing the heat loss of thermal insulation equipment.
