What is a fire resistant ball?

Refractory ball have high strength, wear resistance, and similar appearance to thermal storage balls. They are mainly made from industrial alumina and refractory kaolin through scientific formula, forming, and high-temperature calcination.

Characteristics of fire-resistant ceramic balls:

1. High impact toughness and long application period.

2. The organic chemistry is reliable and does not produce Exothermic reaction with raw materials.

3. Good heat resistance, refractory ceramic balls can withstand high temperatures up to 1900 degrees Celsius. It is very suitable for high and low temperature experimental conversion furnaces, conversion furnaces, hydrogenation converters, flue gas desulfurization tanks, and methane gasifiers in fertilizer plants. It plays a role in dispersing steam and liquid, supporting points, covering and maintaining catalysts. Refractory  ball can also be used in hot blast furnaces and heating conversion equipment in steel enterprises.

4. The fire-resistant hot deformation rate is small, not easy to deform, and the forming is neat.

5. It has heat resistance, high tensile strength, high load softening, high initial temperature, high temperature volume reliability, and excellent stress relaxation performance.
