2. Product Description of Corundum Tube

Using fused white corundum, sintered plate-like corundum, and additives as the main raw materials, corundum tubes are produced by injection molding and high-temperature firing at around 1600 ℃. The product is snow white, with good density, high density, smooth and straight surface, no bending, and no cracks. The product has good high temperature resistance, heat shock resistance, corrosion resistance, good stability at high temperatures, and can be used at temperatures below 1800 ℃. It is commonly used in laboratories, high-temperature furnaces, cracking furnaces, etc.

After vacuum casting and forming, the product has no defects such as bubbles or sand holes. It is fired using the method of hanging and firing into a flat firing square, and the finished product is straight, without distortion or deformation. The long-term working temperature is between 1200 ℃ and 1800 ℃, and the service life is long.
