2. Product Description

Aluminum titanate ceramic tube is produced by scientifically proportioning aluminum oxide powder and titanium dioxide powder. Its structure belongs to the rhombohedral system, and its biggest feature is that it does not infiltrate with non-ferrous metal melts such as aluminum liquid, that is, it does not stick to aluminum. In addition, it has excellent impact resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, and good corrosion resistance. It is an ideal material for drilling fluid lifting tubes, with a long service life and low replacement frequency.

Aluminum titanate ceramic tube is produced by injection molding, drying, and firing. In addition to the main raw material for synthesizing aluminum titanate material, there are also additives such as mullite, magnesia alumina spinel, Dongshi stone, and alkaline magnesium carbonate. During use, the product comes into direct contact with aluminum solution (700 ℃ -900 ℃). Every 3-5 minutes, the aluminum titanate ceramic rising tube adds aluminum solution to the mold cavity without slag or explosion, and the use effect is superior to quartz ceramic tube, stainless steel tube, etc.
