The content of Al2O3 is increased,the high temperature resistance is enhanced,the anti-spalling, anti-scouring and anti-cracking properties are enhanced,which are well applied in the kiln head, kiln tail and cooling part of cement kiln.
Castable products with heat-resistant steel fibers are superior to other castable products in terms of strength (especially high temperature strength), toughness, thermal shock resistance, spalling resistance and wear resistance,Therefore, this kind of products are widely used in the outlet part of the boiler, the top part, furnaces in metallurgical industry,temperature change location of chemical furnace,the wear-resistant part, the wear-resistant part of the cement kiln and the lime kiln.
