1,Description of Steel Fiber Explosion-proof Castable:
The steel fiber explosion-proof castable is added with heat-resistant steel fiber in the production process of high aluminum castable. In the process of high-temperature use, the product has the following superior properties compared with the castable without heat-resistant steel fiber: high temperature strength, stronger wear and erosion resistance, especially the thermal shock resistance has been significantly improved, and the water cooling at 1100 ℃ has reached more than 40 times. The reason is that the toughness of explosion-proof castable added with heat-resistant steel fiber is enhanced, and microcracks are added in the microstructure, which effectively counteracts the damage of thermal stress. The products are widely used in the anti scour parts and anti thermal shock parts of kilns to prolong the service life of kilns.

1)Steel Fiber Explosion-proof Castable should be ventilated and stored for a period of 6 months
2)The product is powder granulation, gray, waterproof bag packaging, easy to transport.

4,Product storage: the product is packed in waterproof 25kg bags. If the product cannot be used in time, it must be stored in a dry, ventilated and moisture-proof warehouse at - 40 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ to prevent the product from being wet by rain and snow. Otherwise, the product is easy to agglomerate and cannot be used.

5,Construction method: cast construction or ramming construction

6,Product maintenance: after the construction, in order to prevent the product from drying and cracking, spray water mist twice a day, and bake after 2 days of natural drying and maintenance
