1,Description of High Strength Alkali Resistant Castable:
Alkali-resistant castables used in cement rotary kiln are mainly made of ceramic raw materials and mixed with various other raw materials. They have excellent corrosion resistance to CaO, the effect of producing protective layer is very good, high strength, good wear resistance, low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation.
The product is mainly made of calcined clay clinker, which is mixed with microsilica,Calcium aluminate cement,feldspar and binder. glaze layer is produced on the surface of the product during use,which effectively improves the alkali resistance of the product. In addition, in the process of using the product,the compactness is strengthened, the structure is compact, the strength is increased, and the erosion resistance is enhanced,so it has excellent application effect.
