Alkali-resistant castables used in cement rotary kiln are mainly made of ceramic raw materials and mixed with various other raw materials. They have excellent corrosion resistance to CaO, the effect of producing protective layer is very good, high strength, good wear resistance, low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation.
Lightweight alkali-resistant castable for cement kiln is made of lightweight aggregate, alkali-resistant additive and binder as main raw materials. It is used in the thermal insulation part of cement kiln. It has good corrosion resistance to CaO slag, low thermal conductivity, high strength and good application effect.
