1,Description of Mullite Checker Brick For Hot Blast Furnace:
Sintered mullite bricks made from synthetic calcined mullite are widely used in high-grade kilns such as hot blast stoves and blast furnaces because of their excellent suddenly-changing temperature resistance,good wear resistance, low creep rate performance and low reburning line change rate.
Mullite checker brick completely replaces the traditional high aluminum checker brick and dense clay checker brick, and is applied to the upper part of the hot blast furnace regenerator. Its low high-temperature creep rate is generally 1500 ℃ * 20-50h ≤ 0.6%, showing good use effect. In the process of use, mullite checker brick also shows good cold and heat resistance and scouring resistance. Therefore, mullite checker brick has been well applied in the hot blast furnace regenerator.
