1,Dscription of Kaolin brick:
Kaolin Brick is mainly made of high-quality kaolin with low iron and high aluminium. It is produced by pouring and ramming molding method. The product has low iron oxide content (≤1.5%), low porosity (≤18%) and high compressive strength (≥50Mpa). Therefore, the product has high compactness and good corrosion resistance, and is well applied at the bottom of glass furnace.

3,Product characteristics:
(1),Kaolin Brick is shaped by vibration tamping method. After sintering,Kaolin Brick is compact and the porosity is low.In order to ensure that the cracks of the products after masonry are as small as possible,the products must be machined before shipment,and all the surfaces must be grinded smoothly. The products are widely used in the bottom of glass furnace.
(2),Product Specification: JJN-40, JJN-60,two Kinds of Brick Types with and without Grooves.
(3),Product knowledge: Qualified products must be grinded flat by a grinder after cutting, 4 or 6 surface grinding (according to user requirements), so that the size of bricks can be kept accurate, and the mortar joints can be maintained≤0.5 mm after masonry, thus ensuring the service life of bricks in the process of use,Qualified products after processing must be pre-numbered before packaging and shipment to facilitate on-site construction.
