The raw material of Fused Zirconium Corundum Brickis melted in high temperature electric furnace, then casting moulding, and machined into qualified products.Fused Zirconium Corundum Brick has strong alkali resistance, good abrasion resistance and spalling resistance. The product has very low porosity and high density, and is widely used in glass furnace bottom and flow tank.

3,Characteristics of Fused Zirconium Corundum Brick For Glass Kiln:
1)Electro-fused corundum bricks without shrinkage holes have very low porosity and good compactness. They have excellent alkali corrosion resistance and scouring performance, which can be divided into33#、41#. The products are machined and polished to ensure smoothness, neat edges and the cracks behind the masonry are very small.
2)The product is pure white, big block, used in glass furnace bottom, pool wall.
4,Manufacturing process:
The selected zircon-mullite sand and industrial alumina powder are matched at 1:1,a small amount of sodium carbonate and borax flux are added to mix evenly,after melting at 1800~1900℃ and casting, ZrO2≥33% cast bricks were prepared.
