Pressureless Silicon Carbide Ceramic Parts are compact SiC ceramic products made of pressureless sintered submicron SiC powder. They contain no free silicon and have fine grains. They are sintered in a 2100 ℃ vacuum sintering furnace. The product has excellent mechanical properties, high hardness, high strength, high acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. After adding carbon graphite, it can improve the lubricity and reduce the friction coefficient. The average grain size in the product is 5-10um. Pressureless silicon carbide ceramic products produced by 3D technology include mechanical seal ring, nozzle, hole punch accessories, cylinder block, impeller and other special-shaped parts, which are widely used in petrochemical, electric power, papermaking, light industry, automobile and sewage treatment and other industrial fields
