3, Product description: The bending strength of Reaction Sintered Silicon Carbide Product is more than twice that of recrystallized silicon carbide, and 50% higher than that of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide. The product adopts grouting and extrusion process, net size sintering technology and finishing technology to produce a perfect product with complex shape and strict dimensional tolerance requirements.
The manufacturing process of the product is to mix silicon carbide powder, carbon powder and organic adhesive. In the reaction process, carbon and silicon react to form a new silicon carbide phase. The new silicon carbide phase is combined with the original silicon carbide to form a silicon carbide composite material, and then the product is made by molding, drying, debonding, and then infiltration. The product has excellent high temperature strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness, strong oxidation resistance and good thermal shock resistance. There are many product specifications and a unique series, such as roller bar, beam, shed plate, burner sleeve, cold air duct, sandblasting nozzle, desulfurization nozzle, seals, etc., which are widely used in ceramic industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, aviation, etc
