Acid Resistant Brick

The acid resistant brick is white, also known as acid resistant ceramic tile. It is a ceramic bonded refractory brick. The product has good corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, and the acid resistance reaches 99%. Description

1.Description of Acid Resistant Brick: the main components of acid resistant brick are quartz, feldspar and clay, which are made of high-temperature oxidation and decomposition resistant refractory materials, with high acid and alkali resistance, low water absorption, not easy to oxidize at room temperature, not easy to be polluted by media, etc. Except hydrofluoric acid and thermal phosphoric acid, it has good corrosion resistance to any concentration of acids.

2.Acid Resistant Brick features:

1) high silica content, SiO2 ＞ 70%

2) High density, high degree of ceramics, acid resistance ≥ 99%

3) Low water absorption, low porosity and high structural tightness

3.Product usage: the product is widely used in the tower basin, Jar, tank and other equipment of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, pharmaceutical and other industries.

4. Acid Resistant Brick application:

For phosphoric acid furnace, sulfuric acid furnace, corrosion-resistant furnace.
