1,Description of Fused Zirconium Corundum Brick:
The production process of fused zirconium corundum brick is: the mixture of scientific ingredients is melted at 1800-2000 ℃ in the inner diameter of the electric arc furnace, then cast and formed, and the finished product is produced by mechanical processing. Casting methods include non shrinkage casting, inclined casting and ordinary casting. According to the content of ZrO2, fused zirconium corundum is divided into 33 #, 36 #, 41 #. The performance of fused zirconium corundum brick is very superior, the apparent porosity is very low, close to zero, the strength is very large, and the compactness is very high. Therefore, its abrasion resistance, erosion resistance and erosion resistance are very superior, and the shrinkage rate under high temperature is very small, which ensures the compactness of the masonry structure. It has been used in glass furnace, glass fiber furnace, metallurgical furnace, chemical furnace and other thermal equipment.

3,Product characteristics:
1)Electro-fused corundum bricks without shrinkage holes have very low porosity and good compactness. They have excellent alkali corrosion resistance and scouring performance, which can be divided into33#、41#. The products are machined and polished to ensure smoothness, neat edges and the cracks behind the masonry are very small.
2)The product is pure white, big block, used in glass furnace bottom, pool wall.

Product application knowledge: with selected zirconium mullite sand and industrial aluminum oxide powder as main raw materials, adding sodium carbonate, boric acid or borax as flux, mixing evenly, melting at 1800-2000 ℃ and casting molding, ZrO2 33% fused cast brick can be prepared. On this basis, using partial desilication zirconium mullite sand as raw material, ZrO2 36-41% fused cast brick can be prepared. The mineral phase of fused zirconia corundum brick is composed of eutectic of corundum and clinopyrite and glass phase. The casting methods of the products are ordinary casting, inclined casting, keyhole free casting and shrinkage free casting. The products of ordinary casting (PT) are used for the upper structure of the melting pool and other parts with less serious erosion, the products of inclined casting (QX) are used for the pool wall, and the products of shrinkage free casting (WS) are used for the flow hole, kiln sill, pool wall corner, pavement and other parts with serious erosion. The erosion of liquid glass is the main factor of product damage. At room temperature, the boiling, flow and atmosphere of liquid glass have a great impact on the product, damaging the surface layer and internal structure of the product until the product is replaced
