1,Description of Anticorrosive carbon brick for phosphoric acid furnace

There are two kinds of anticorrosive carbon bricks. One is resin bonded, which is mainly used for corrosion prevention. For example, it has strong corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid, with a maximum service temperature of 150 ℃. The other is asphalt impregnated, which is mainly used for high temperature resistance, with a temperature resistance of 1300 ℃. The anticorrosive carbon bricks are made of high-quality graphite carbon materials and organic compounds with strong acid resistance, which are formed under high pressure and heat treated under high temperature and high pressure. The resin bonded anticorrosive carbon brick is only roasted at 500 ℃, and the asphalt impregnated anticorrosive carbon brick is roasted at 500 ℃, and then it needs to go through the process of vacuum asphalt impregnation. The anti-corrosion carbon brick has low porosity, excellent compactness and excellent acid corrosion resistance.
