2,Product description of blast furnace microporous carbon brick
The damage mechanism of carbon brick in blast furnace is: 1) hot metal erosion, 2) oxidation, CO2, H2O and other oxidation make carbon brick lose strength and corrosion resistance, 3) hot metal scouring, 4) alkali and slag erosion, alkali metal and slag erosion cause carbon brick embrittlement and cracking, 5) thermal stress. Blast Furnace Microporous Aluminum Carbon Brick basically has the ability to resist the above five damages. Carbon is introduced into the production process of microporous corundum brick, The product not only has good microporous structure, hot metal corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high strength, but also has high thermal conductivity and the service environment of blast furnace hearth. Microporous aluminum carbon brick is a carbon composite brick with both ceramic and carbon bonding. Therefore, it is easy to form slag iron shell protective layer on the working face of the brick, and the slag iron shell protective layer is an important condition for the formation of permanent hearth structure. Microporous aluminum carbon brick is divided into fired and non fired. It is well applied to the hearth and bottom of blast furnace, prolonging the service life of blast furnace and achieving excellent results.
3. Characteristics
1) Microporous aluminum carbon brick has microporous structure, with average pore diameter ≤ 0.5um, accounting for about 80%. It has both ceramic bonding and carbon bonding. It is a carbon composite brick
2) It has better oxidation resistance and high resistance to molten iron corrosion than pure carbon brick
3) High strength and strong resistance to hot metal scouring
4) It has better thermal conductivity and thermal stress resistance than microporous corundum brick

It is mainly used for the waist, bosh and bottom of blast furnace, with good application effect
