3. Turn on the power of the host and set the temperature of each section:
(1) Reference setting parameters: The first to fourth zones of the PVC foam sheet cylinder are: 170 ° C, 165 ° C, 160 ° C, 150 ° C;
2 (2) Converging core: 140 ° C-145 ° C Screw temperature: 70-95 ° C The middle temperature of the machine head is low on both sides and the temperature is high on both sides: 165-190 ° C;
(3) The setting of the head temperature should not be too high and exceed the decomposition temperature of PVC, which will cause the material performance to decline. After the temperature reaches the set value, it is stable for about 30 minutes to 1 hour;
4. Turn on the feeding machine and a control power supply, adopt hungry feeding and corresponding low-speed extrusion, the feeding speed is 5r / min, and the host speed is 5-6r / min;
5 After the material flows out from the die lip, adjust the feeding and the speed of the host to reach the set value at the same time. The feeding speed is 26-27r / min. The speed of the host is 14-15r / min. The current of the host is about 105A.
