Corundum tube is a high-temperature resistant ceramic product mainly composed of high-purity alumina (Al ₂ O ∝ ≥ 99%), widely used in laboratory scenarios such as metal and non-metal sample analysis and high-temperature melt processing. Its characteristics include long-term temperature resistance of 1600 ℃ (short-term 1800 ℃), resistance to rapid cooling and heating, resistance to chemical corrosion, and low porosity (%). The products cover industrial instrument components such as tube furnace tubes, fixed carbon tubes, thermocouple protection tubes, etc.

Material Properties
The corundum tube is manufactured using injection molding technology and has the following core properties:
1. Thermal stability: can withstand long-term use at 1600 ℃ (up to 1800 ℃ for short-term use)
2. Mechanical properties: flexural strength>350MPa, compressive strength>12000MPa
3. Corrosion resistance: can resist acid, alkali and molten metal corrosion
Application field
1. Laboratory equipment: core components of tube furnace, vacuum furnace, and atmosphere furnace
2. Industrial testing: Steel analysis for carbon and sulfur determination of pipes
3. Instrument manufacturing: thermocouple protection/insulation tube, high temperature resistant instrument components
