The detection measures can include detecting the temperature difference and heat consumption of the water at the bottom of the furnace, and detecting the corrosion system at the bottom of the furnace. It has become a standard configuration system for long-term management of ongoing and large-scale ironmaking blast furnaces.
The molten iron from the blast furnace, which is made of refractory insulation materials used in the iron making plant, comes out from the iron outlet of the blast furnace and is injected into the molten iron ladle through the main ditch, iron ditch, and shaking nozzle of the iron making plant.
The basic construction of ironmaking blast furnaces and kilns mainly considers the service life, and in areas where refractory insulation materials are constantly consumed, in addition to the service life, the quality and level of use of materials should also be considered based on unit consumption. In the steelmaking system, the characteristics of slag are weak acidity and acid-base slag, and the reducibility of slag is poor.
