1) Draw a line on the steel plate of the furnace wall, determine the position of the A-frame, and weld the A-frame onto the steel plate.
2) Lay a layer of fiber blanket flat.
3) Insert the anchor free fiber folding blanket into the middle of the two brackets and press it tightly, then thread it into the heat-resistant steel reinforcement. Install one layer in order.
4) A fiber compensation layer needs to be laid in the middle of each layer.
5) Remove the plastic strapping and shape it after installation.
