Ceramic fiber modules and other ceramic fiber products are emerging insulation material equipment used in the production and operation of equipment in industries such as industry, chemical industry, and metallurgical manufacturing. Generally speaking, design is divided into seven parts and construction is divided into three parts. The construction steps are also essential in normal construction.
一, Anchor nail welding
When wiring, it is necessary to use the centerline of the wall panel as the reference, route the wiring to both sides, and strictly follow the design drawings to make bolt position markings. The cumulative size errors that may occur during actual wiring are reflected in the position of the last row of bolts.
1. Anchor nails must be welded vertically to the furnace wall panel, with a deviation of ≤ 2mm between adjacent centers of bolts and a deviation of ≤ ± 3mm between any two centers.
2. Welding must be firm, and after welding is completed, the welding quality should be checked by hammering and bending one by one, and the welding slag should be removed.
3. Attention must be paid to thread protection of anchor bolts.
二, Backing layer tiled
1. It must be strictly compressed to the required thickness according to the design requirements.
2. The seams between blankets must be staggered, and the amount of misalignment should not be less than the drawing.
3. Quick cards must be tightly clamped to prevent rebound.
三, Module installation
1. Install block by block and row by row, ensuring that the nuts are tightened in place.
2. When arranging in a soldier style, pay attention to the installation of compensation strips between rows. During installation, strictly follow the design requirements of the drawings and compress them to the specified thickness.
To prevent detachment, the compensation strip must be fixed to the installed ceramic fiber module using U-shaped nails.
4. After transferring the protective plate and center plastic pipe, it is necessary to carefully check the holes and module gaps at the sleeve, especially at the edges and corners.
四, Lining repair:
1. The surface of the ceramic fiber lining must be smooth and dense.
2. The holes at the casing must be filled tightly with adjustable folding layers or ceramic fiber cotton or blankets.
3. The through gaps between modules must be repaired using a folded fiber blanket or fiber cotton filling method.
