1. Ordinary high alumina brick

The main mineral composition of the refractory brick is mullite, corundum and glass phase. Mullite and corundum increase with the increase of alumina content in the products. The glass phase will be reduced correspondingly, and the fire resistance and high temperature performance of the products will be improved accordingly.

2. High load soft high alumina brick

(1) Compared with ordinary high alumina brick, high charge soft high alumina brick is different in matrix part and binder part: in addition to adding three stone concentrate, the matrix part is close to the theoretical composition of mullite according to the chemical composition after burning.

(2) Reasonable introduction of high aluminum materials, such as corundum powder, high aluminum corundum powder, etc. High quality nodular clay and other binders are selected, and different clay composite binders or mullite binders are used according to different varieties.

3. Low creep high alumina brick

(1) The creep resistance of high alumina brick is improved by using the so-called unbalanced reaction. That is to say, according to the service temperature of the kiln, three stone minerals and activated alumina are added to the matrix.

(2) The composition of the matrix is close to or completely composed of mullite because of the Mullitization of the matrix. The content of mullite will be increased and the content of glass phase will be reduced. The excellent mechanical and thermal properties of mullite are beneficial to the improvement of high temperature properties.

4. Phosphate bonded high alumina brick

(1) Phosphate bonded high alumina brick is mainly made of dense super grade or first grade high alumina bauxite clinker. Phosphate solution or aluminum phosphate solution is used as binder, which is pressed by semi dry machine.

(2) Chemical bonded refractory brick made by heat treatment at 400 ~ 600 ℃. It belongs to unburned brick, in order to avoid large shrinkage of products in the process of use. Generally, it is necessary to introduce heat expansion raw materials, such as lapis lazuli, silica, etc.

5. Micro expansion high alumina brick

(1) The main material of the brick is high alumina bauxite, adding three stone concentrate, according to the production process of high alumina brick. In order to make the high alumina brick expand properly in the process of using, the key is to select the three stone concentrate and its particle size. The sintering temperature should be controlled to make the selected three stone minerals partially mullitized.

(2) Some of the residual minerals are Mullitization (primary or secondary Mullitization). Accompanied by volume expansion. The composite material is the best choice of the three stone minerals.
