Silicon carbide shed panels are made from high-purity silicon carbide as raw material, which is then recrystallized and sintered at high temperatures. The cordierite mullite stone slab is made by composite firing with mullite as the skeleton and cordierite as the base material. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and outstanding thermal shock resistance. It is not easy to crack under frequent temperature changes and rapid cooling and heating environments, and can be safely used at temperatures above 1250 ℃. The product has good thermal stability, strong creep resistance, and long service life. This product is widely used in the low-temperature firing and glazing processes of daily-use ceramics, architectural ceramics, and microcrystalline glass, especially suitable for production scenarios that require high thermal shock stability.
