The water outlet brick (including upper and lower water outlets) needs to have excellent thermal shock stability and corrosion resistance when facing high-temperature molten steel erosion. The integral plug rod is vertically installed in the intermediate package, and the flow rate of molten steel is precisely controlled by lifting and lowering. Some parts also have argon blowing purification function-18-. The quartz protective tube (fused silica) has small thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal shock resistance. It is mainly used to protect the steel flow between the ladle and tundish.
