Calcium silicate board is an inorganic board mainly composed of siliceous and calcareous materials, which has excellent characteristics such as non flammability, heat resistance, and thermal insulation. Its thermal conductivity is low, and it has excellent insulation performance throughout its entire range of use; At the same time, it is lightweight and has high specific strength, making it one of the strongest materials in hard insulation products. The high-temperature calcium silicate board can be used at a temperature of up to 1100 ℃, which can meet the insulation needs of ultra-high temperature parts in industrial kilns. Mainly used as refractory insulation layer and thermal pipeline insulation for various industrial furnaces such as metallurgical heating furnaces, petrochemical cracking furnaces, cement rotary kilns, ceramic tunnel kilns, etc.
The cordierite slate (usually a cordierite mullite composite board) is known for its excellent thermal shock resistance. The material has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal shock stability, and can effectively resist rapid temperature changes; The maximum operating temperature can reach above 1250 ℃, and the fired product will not oxidize, fall off slag, or contaminate during use. Mainly used as push plates, firing plates, and shed plates for kilns such as ceramics and powder metallurgy, widely applicable to various kiln equipment such as tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, and mesh furnaces.
