The corundum self flow castable is made of fused white corundum as the main raw material, adding micro powder, explosion-proof agent and dispersant. The cement consumption is 3-4%, and the water consumption is 5-6%. After the product is fully and evenly mixed, it has good flow performance, fast construction and explosion-proof. After the construction, it can be baked slowly after natural curing for about 3 hours. After the baking, the overall structure is dense, with strong corrosion resistance and peeling resistance. During the use, it produces slight expansion, which enhances the integrity of the structure. The average erosion rate is 2mm/furnace, and has received good use results.
Corundum self flow castable belongs to low cement castable, which is a kind of castable product with high triggering property and formed by gravity flow, maintaining high density. It is often used for lining of continuous casting tundish, triangle area of electric furnace top, tapping hole, steel ladle, heating furnace, boiler and other parts with complex structure.
