The cordierite mullite sagger is produced from sintered mullite sand, synthetic cordierite sand, fused magnesia aluminum spinel material, alumina micropowder, high-quality white mud as raw material, and dextrin as binder. It has high fire resistance, high strength, good thermal shock resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, and strong resistance to lithium and cobalt ion corrosion. It has been used for about 100 times.
Cordierite mullite sagger is mainly used for rare earth, powder, pigment, lithium battery material, etc. with a firing temperature below 1300 ℃, and has good performance.
