1.Description of Anthracite Filter Material: the product is made of high content raw coal as the main raw material through washing, cleaning and drying. It is insoluble in general acidic, neutral and alkaline water. Chemical stability is good. It is an indispensable filter material in single layer, double layer and three-layer filter. The product has good assurance in normal filtration speed, action cycle, water quality stability and other aspects, and will not run off coal and mix layer.
2.Product specification: 0.5-1mm, 1-2mm, 2-4mm, 4-8mm, can be produced and processed according to user specifications
3.Characteristics of Anthracite Filter Material:
1) High mechanical strength, Mohs hardness 3.0-3.5
2) Stable chemical properties, no toxic substances
3) The specific surface area is large, the porosity is greater than 50%, the uniform fineness is not greater than 1.5, and the nonuniformity coefficient is 1.6-2.0
4) The appearance of the product is spherical and angular, with good glossiness, which can reliably improve the removal of suspended particles
4. Application: the laying thickness of the general double-layer filter material is 280-420mm, the normal filtering speed is 10-14m / h, the laying thickness of the three-layer filter material is 450mm, the normal filtering speed is 18-20m / h, and the filter backwashing adopts water washing or water vapor washing
5.Application: it is suitable for water treatment circulating system of iron and steel industry, petrochemical sewage treatment system, high standard water treatment of precision manufacturing and aerospace navigation, and widely used in water treatment system of thermal power, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries.
