1.Description: magnesium oxysulfide plate is a new type of plate made of magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate as basic materials, alkali resistant glass fiber mesh as reinforcement materials, A new type of board is made by adding inorganic polymerized rock liquid and flexible plant fiber, The product is fireproof, waterproof, tasteless, non-toxic, non freezing, non rotten, non deformed, non combustible, light in quality, high in strength, non hygroscopic, non corrosive to steel bars and convenient for construction , long service life.
2. characteristics
1) Air hardness: the product is air hardening cementitious material, which does not harden in water
2) Multicomponent: the main components are light burning powder and magnesium sulfate. Other components include water, modifier, filler, etc
3) No corrosion to steel: the product uses magnesium sulfate as the blending agent, without chloride ion, and no corrosion to steel
4) High strength: compressive strength reaches 60MPa, flexural strength reaches 9Mpa
5) Air stability and weather resistance: the product is air hardening cementitious material. The drier the air is, the more stable it will be. The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the product in dry air increase with age and are very stable
6) Low burning rate and low corrosiveness: the pH value of the product is 8-9.5, which is close to neutral and has little corrosiveness to glass fiber and wood fiber
7) Low density and light weight: the product density is generally 1600 ~ 1800kg / m3, about 70% of the cement products.
8) Fire performance: the fire resistance time of 50mm thick products is ≥ 1H, that of 75mm thick products is ≥ 2h, that of 100mm thick products is ≥ 3h, and the fire rating is A1.
9) Waterproof and dampproof: the hydrophobic rate of the product is ≥ 98%, without deformation and chemical reaction in case of water, which is applicable to the water plant project
10) Thermal insulation and sound insulation: the thermal conductivity is 0.055w/m.k, and the sound insulation is 32dB, which is a good sound insulation material
11) Green environmental protection: the product does not contain asbestos, formaldehyde, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free
