1,Description of Wear Resistant Castable for Electric Aluminum Furnace:
The Low Cement Castables produced mainly with corundum-based high-quality bauxite have very low SIO2 and FeO3. They have high temperature strength, impact resistance,good anti-nodulation property of corundum and non-sticking aluminium properties.
2,Main characteristics of wear resistant castable for aluminum melting furnace
1) The product is corundum castable, with high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good scouring resistance
2) Due to the addition of refractory materials that resist corundum nodulation and do not adhere to aluminum, the product prevents corundum nodulation and adhesive aluminum during use
3) The product has high high high-temperature strength and low high-temperature shrinkage. Therefore, the masonry has good structural compactness during high-temperature use
