Compared with pure corundum brick, the product has better properties, such as fire resistance, load softening temperature, flexural strength, high temperature creep property, high temperature volume stability and slag corrosion resistance. The chrome corundum brick has been used in the lower part of 300 kt ammonia gasifier and in the throat of carbon black gasifier. In order to improve the content of Cr2O3 in production, we must first premix Cr2O3 and Al2O3 particles to make al2o3-cr2o3 sand, and then mix and shape. In this way, the quality of the matrix part of the product will be greatly improved, and the use effect of the product will be better. Chrome corundum brick is usually bonded by ceramic or by high-purity matrix chrome aluminum solid solution.
