1,Product description:
The main raw materials of the product are high quality fused magnesia, fused corundum sand and sintered mullite sand. The product forms corundum phase, spinel phase and mullite phase solid solution in the process of use. It has compact structure, good spalling resistance, excellent impact resistance and erosion resistance.
The raw material has high purity, no pollution to molten steel, good mechanical properties at high temperature and good volume stability at high temperature. Especially during the operation of the ladle, the product has excellent anti stripping performance, which depends on the effect of corundum phase and spinel phase solid solution formed at high temperature. The application effect of the product is better than that of other refractory castables.

5,Product knowledge:

2) CaO in slag and Al2O3 in fine powder of product form needle-like substance, which makes pore fine and inhibits slag penetration.
3) The liquid phase of SIO2 becomes viscous and inhibits slag penetration.
