1,Description of Lime Kiln Spinel Brick:
This product uses high-grade fused magnesia to synthesize spinel raw material.It is produced by high pressure molding and high temperature sintering,It has excellent wear resistance,suddenly-changing temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in Sleeve Lime Kiln.Spinel bricks for lime kiln are neutral refractory bricks with high purity, less impurities, good corrosion resistance to CaO and good quench and heat resistance at high temperature. Therefore, the application effect in lime kiln is better than that of other refractory bricks.

3,Characteristics
1).Magnesite clinker and bauxite form spinel mineral facies during high temperature sintering and use, which improves product structure and the thermal shock resistance of product is greatly improved. At the same time, the product has excellent alkali slag corrosion resistance,the effect of producing protective layer is very good.
2).Service life: The products are used in cement rotary kiln and lime kiln for more than 12 months.
3).Packaging: wooden pallet + waterproof wrapping film, suitable for land and sea transportation without damage.
4,Product knowledge: The product is formed on 630 tons press and fired in high temperature tunnel kiln. The firing temperature is 1740-1760℃, and the heat preservation is 6-8h. The product has high compressive strength, excellent thermal shock stability and good alkali resistance. It replaces the application of magnesia-chrome brick and magnesia brick in key parts of sleeve lime kiln and achieves good results.
