2,Knowledge of Magnesium Aluminum Carbon Bricks For Ladle: Based on the traditional production of magnesia-alumina-carbon bricks, two major improvements have been made.one is to change the traditional binder into an environmental protection type alcohol-based binder,the second is to change the traditional baking temperature from 200℃±20 to 300℃±10,this improvement has the following advantages over traditional products.1:with the change of binder,the product has become an environmentally protection product which is basically non-toxic and harmless.In the process of masonry oven drying,the product has greatly improved the working environment, and users have a good evaluation of it.2:with the increase of baking temperature,the density, porosity and strength of products are superior to those of traditional products, thus improving the use effect of products.users are very satisfied with these two improvements.
3,Application of Magnesium Aluminum Carbon Bricks For Ladle: ladle, electric furnace, torpedo car, converter, etc.
Our advantages in producing magnesia carbon bricks: the magnesia carbon bricks used in converter and ladle produced by our factory are different from the traditional magnesia carbon brick products. The biggest difference is that:
1) The environment-friendly alcohol based resin binder is used. The porosity of the product is lower than that of the traditional product, the standard value is ≤ 4%, the measured value is 3.2-3.5%, and the compressive strength is higher than that of the traditional product, the standard value is ≥ 40MPa, the measured value is 45-65mpa. Therefore, the product has better compactness, better slag resistance and more heats.
2) Using 280-320 ℃ high temperature baking, the product is non-toxic and tasteless in the process of heating up, and has little harm to the surrounding environment and human body, which meets the requirements of environmental protection products. In addition, our factory production technology is very perfect, molding equipment is large and advanced, laboratory testing equipment is complete, fully guarantee the quality requirements of the product, at present, the product in domestic and foreign users get good evaluation, the use effect is better than traditional products
4,Product packaging:Thermal shrinkable film sealed packaging, moisture-proof, firm, easy to transport and protect the product from damage.
5,Damage factors in product application:
