Fused quartz nozzle (Fixed-diameter nozzle, long nozzle, invasive nozzle)is a quartz ceramic product produced by ceramic production process, with fused quartz as the main raw material.The remarkable features of the product are: small coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal stability, good electrical insulation, good chemical erosion resistance.The greatest advantage of the product is that when the temperature is below 1100℃,Its strength increases with the increase of temperature,when the temperature rises from room temperature to 1100℃,the strength can be increased by 30-33%.The products are specially designed for continuous steel casting furnace.
